The location - beautiful and the staff - professional, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple continental, and included cereal, fresh fruit and bread. Easy check-in, late check-out. I loved the proximity to supermarket and a local market in Sherbrooke.

The service was decent, the food was fab. Plus it had the panoramic views. Staff was pleasant and responsive to requests. It was right by - parks and Sherbrooke, peaceful location overall. The rooftop bar in the hotel had plenty of bottled beers and mineral water throughout the day.

Unbelievable view, really great service, best beds. Generally everything was really beautiful, yet the bathroom was leaking. The staff were more than helpful all the time. A continental breakfast was above average.
